A homeless shelter is currently under development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This area is in desperate need of a shelter to help with the homeless, to feed them, clothe them, and help them to become self-sufficient and get back on their feet again. There is one "homeless shelter" there now, but it seems to be more of as glorified day care than anything else. And it's only open from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM and closed on Sundays. So one really wonders why it calls itself a homeless shelter. This facility will is under the direction of Dr. Carol Freeman, who has extensive experience working with the homeless and getting them back on their feet again so they can take care of themselves. Any and all contributions would be greatly appreciated as Dr. Freeman and her husband are currently paying for all of the expenses for this project out of their own pocket. The Northwest Arkansas Homeless Project is also an authorized Satellite Teaching and Testing Center for the Institute for Christian Works Bible College and Seminary. Contact us for more information.
